A financial planner or advisor is a licensed professional authorized to provide guidance on the purchase and sale of securities and mutual fund units.
Financial planners must employ strategies, tools, and the support of their company’s team to develop comprehensive financial plans. 
These plans are designed to offer clients expert advice aimed at achieving financial wealth and stability.

Responsibilities
1. Create Your Own Business Plan for Financial Planner Business: Develop a personal business plan for your career as a financial planner using the guidelines and tools provided by the company.
2. Integrated Financial Plan: Help create comprehensive personal financial and investment plans derived from detailed client data collection.
3. Financial Plan Review: Establish an annual financial plan review system to ensure clients efficiently achieve their goals.
4. Financial Product Analysis: Provide consultation and recommend beneficial financial products to be incorporated into the financial plan.
5. Investment Mindset: Offer appropriate financial and investment perspectives to help clients understand volatile investment conditions and effectively follow their financial plans.

 

Qualifications
- Age: 23-40 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Sincere, honest, growth-oriented, and coachable
- Not affiliated with any insurance or investment company
- Professional financial qualifications (e.g., IC, IP, AFPT™, CFP) are preferred
